Hello When I was training to become a ballet dancer, I practiced pilates and yoga as part of the schedule at my ballet school. I believe it helped improved my dancing and gave me a stronger core stability. Sometimes, in the holidays, I would follow ballerina Darcey Bussell's pilates DVD.
