You could try renting a tutu off your local dance store, or borrowing one off somebody you know. You could research on the internet and compare the cheapest prices to find the best deal.

Hi! I am 12 years old and I am hoping to enter a ballet competition soon. I have been looking around for a ballet tutu to wear if I do compete but all of the websites I've looked on the tutus are very expensive. Do you know of anywhere that sells tutus at a less expensive price?

Ballet tutus are generally very costly, if you aren't having any luck from websites on the internet then perhaps you could try renting a tutu off your local dance store, or borrowing one off somebody you know. You could buy a plain tutu and embellish it yourself although that may be quite tricky.
