In Virtue 4: Mentality I explain why it is not just the physical training that is essential for your progress, it is your mental approach and strengthening which is paramount. I show you how to make your own attitude and state of mind the core foundation of your dancing ability.
Virtually no one outside the small world in ballet knows how tough a process it is to reach the level of professional. There is compeition from hundreds of brilliant dancers all going for the same job spot. So, you have to be so mentally strong first to get there, and then to survive every aspect of your ballet career.
There are doubts, worries and fears every ballet dancer faces, which is why you need to learn how to conquer each negative thought you have.
You need the 'right mind' to think yourself to success.
Here’s what you are getting in the eBook….

How Do I Know All This?.....
I have been through what it feels like every knockdown a ballet dancer can go through. I've had my own highs and glories, as well as struggles and disappointments, which I have pushed myself through to come out for the better.
But, if I had given up and let my negative thoughts taken over me, there is no way I would have reached the professional of where I am today.
I have witnessed ballet dancers from as young as
11 and seen how different people cope, react and survive in the ballet world.
A few people (very few, in fact) are naturally stronger and more resilient mentally.
If you are one of the less resilient ones, this eBook is a must for you because it opens the door to a world where learning mental strength skills is possible for you. You have to commit to this learning curve because there is no space for weak and sensitive people, you have to build yourself up to be tough and determined.
Therefore, to give you a head start above the rest, I have put together my own key mentality virtues which I have practiced through my journey as a ballet dancer.
Some of the Key Mentality Chapters …
Virtue 4: Mentality began when I saw many young ballet dancers all experiencing the same negative thoughts... you are doubting yourself to become a professional, comparing yourself to others and feeling setback by every disappointment.
You must learn how to override your thoughts in
order to reach the top. Your doubts and fears need to transform into
trust and certainty (but never complacency).
Lucky for you, I can help you build your confidence and set yourself up for success.

Testimonials
"I
loved your mentality book! Can't wait to try out all of the techniques!
I have tried some of them before, but I have never been explained them
properly so thank you!! I love finding out new things in ballet. It's not something we get explained in the
ballet studio. And I know I have so much more to learn
about my mind!" - Ingrid
"I struggle a lot with over thinking, and stressing myself out before and during a class, rehearsal etc. I think the "Mentality" section will help me improve my dancing, cause I know I'm able to do so much more than I actually show in class." - Stina
"I purchased these booklets for my daughter, who 16 and is in a
full-time professional ballet program attached to a major company. I
feel your booklets encapsulate what she needs to move forward with hope
and belief in herself, in an accessible way. Thank you for bringing so much "heart" to the dance world." - Sandy
