How Do I Know All This?.....
I have been around the world dancing professionally and I have grown up in the ballet world. From a young student to a professional, I have seen ballet dancers held back and pushed forward by their physique.
I have carefully listened to the great teachers who have taught me and observed the hundreds of dancers who have surrounded me every day. These experiences directly inform everything I reveal in this mini- eBook.
The 3 body control techniques I share in my eBook have all been key moments in my own development to become a professional. They have boosted my own ability as a ballet dance and one in particular that helped me create the long, lengthened body you need in ballet.
Some of the key Physicality Chapters...
Virtue 3: Physicality began when I listened to hundreds of young ballet dancers on my website talk to me about the ‘perfect’ ballerina body and the worries on their body image.
One of my ballet teachers said to me you can change your body just by the way of training and technique.
It is only now, years later, I truly understand what she meant. And, she was right.
It is easy to get tied down with how you look, but there is much more behind the physicality of becoming a ballet dancer.
Of course, I cannot see you or tell you how your body will develop.
BUT, trust me here, I have seen thousands of ballet dancers around the world and I certainly know what will help you for the better.
So, I want to share what I have seen in the world of ballet and fill you in with everything you must know for your body in ballet.

Testimonials
"I just finished reading "Physicality" and it was great! When I saw in the description of this part of the book, I saw, "[Is your body right for it?]" and for a split second I was worried; I was afraid that I couldn't achieve my goal of dancing in a company. But, after reading it, I smiled. I know now that if I push myself harder every day, I can make it. Thank you so much Odette! This was awesome and I'm going to buy the rest of the parts soon!" -Tristen
"I have just finished reading your Physicality book. It has inspired me to not compare myself to the smaller girls in my class. I am not "fat" but I certainly have curves and I used think that was a bad thing, now I accept that I'm a teenager and yes my body is going to change ALOT. I am really grateful I am came across your website and subscribed to your newsletter!" - Annabelle
"I really enjoyed the ebook thank you for the opportunity to read it!! I
chose "Physicality" because I was looking specifically on how to get better
extensions and how to make my muscles look and be stronger and more
elongated. I can't wait to
apply the tips you gave when I get back to dance after being
on break for part of the summer. Thank you again!" - Jenna
"The "Physicality" one sounds right for me as I am a more 'muscular'
person, not stick thin, which I like because I want to prove that maybe I
will make it as a dancer." - Annabelle
